Cambodian health officials have recorded five more cases of swine flu, bringing the country's total number of confirmed cases to 14.

The Phnom Penh Post reports four of the five latest cases were American citizens, living and working in Cambodia.

They tested positive for the H1N1 virus after returning from a visit to Bangkok.

Cambodia has not yet recorded a fatality from swine flu, and all of the country's H1N1 cases have been imported so far.

But a World Health Organisation spokesman in Phnom Penh says domestic transmission of the virus is inevitable.
