The education system in cambodia is amess. One eyed hyena knows where to send his children for an education.
Is he doing anything about it? No, he's too busy bribing and robbing cambodia.
You are right about him on education. More, he just only had such a very basic education that he does not know of the univsersal value of education for development. He has turned blind eyes to Khmer educational system, paying low salary and allowing corruption to destroy Khmer children and youths. His leadership is without vision, but with a plan to make Khmer ignorant so that he and his elite groups plunder wealth of the nation. Justist
