At a press conference held at the Phnom Penh International Airport on Sunday, Prak Sokhon, the secretary of state for the Council of Ministers, revealed that during his visit to France, Hun Sen told French President Nicolas Sarkozy that the KR Tribunal should not seek more than 5 prosecutions of KR leaders. “Hun Sen recommends that the KR Tribunal should take care not to threaten the peace in Cambodia, and that means only prosecuting these five people,” The Cambodia Daily quoted Prak Sokhon as saying. It appears that Hun Sen is again raising the specter of war to prevent additional prosecutions of KR leaders that could potentially affect members of his own government as many of them were former members of the KR regime, including Hun Sen, Heng Samrin and Chea Sim.

Hun Sen knows exactly that there will be no threaten to peace in Cambodia if they add 5 more people to KR tribunal . He is afraid of getting his ass locked up in jail along with Duch ,Eing Sary , Kiew Samphon and the rest of them because he got involved in the killing too.
