Cambodian defence officials have denied Thai media reports that Cambodian patrols have entered disputed maritime areas near Thailand's Koh Kut island.
The reports came less than one week after marines and warships from the Thai navy's 1st Fleet were deployed close to disputed areas.
The Phnom Penh Post quotes a secretary of state at the Defence Ministry saying he hasn't received any reports from his subordinates about a Cambodian move into the areas.
The chief of the Preah Sihanouk provincial coast guard station, says his men conduct regular patrols in Cambodian waters but never entered the 27,000- square-kilometre overlapping claims area.

did you know that half of koh kud belongs to cambodia in accordance to the 1907 treaty that marked the international border line between cambodia and siem? it's true. maybe that why siem so afraid of using the treaty map of 1907 because they want to steal from cambodia. go figure! it's the fact!
khmer people should remind siem thugs that this is not the dark ages anymore!
How can we remind Siem if our government does not want the INTERNATIONAL to help? Will Siems listen to Hun Sen gov. ? Over a year already, nothings changed, if still talk with Siem thugs most of our water border will be deep shit.
Mr. Hun Sen, please enough, you have got all the power, you controlled all Cambodia, you do not need to play any more games with your people and Thai, just take the border issues to the International to finish it off.
Mr. Hun Sen, you are 100% know that Thai never be your good neighbour but they just want to take more of our land and water border.
So please do somethings good for your grandchildren if not for other Khmer.
I agree with 3:31am! Siam thought they can take advantage on Khmer like they used to during 13th,14th century, Khmer is different nowadays, this is Khmer in 21st century! Khmer will kick your siamese bastard alway back to south china sea! Khmer not afraid of your modern weapons...
