Following the negotiation meetings between high level Cambodian and Thai army officers on 06-07 August regarding Thailand’s construction of concrete fences and the installation of barbed wires at Phnom Trop zone and along the border, Thailand is currently removing these concrete fences and barbed wires out of the disputed zone.
A RAFC officer indicated on 08 August that Thai troops are removing the 2-meter high concrete fence and the barbed wires installed at Phnom Trop after Cambodia launched an ultimatum for them to do so by 10 August.
General Chhum Socheat, spokesman of the Cambodian ministry of Defense, said that, following the 2-day negotiations (06-07 August), Thai troops stationed in Phnom Trop agreed to the order to remove the barbed wires and the concrete fences they built.
General Chhum Socheat confirmed that Thai troops have already removed some out already because they affect the border and nobody is allowed to do anything there yet.
General Srey Doek, commander of Cambodian battalion 3, stationed in Preah Vihear temple, indicated that Thai troops removed almost everything out already as of today (08 August).
The construction of the concrete fences and the installation of barbed wires by Thai troops in Phnom Trop and along the disputed border areas affect the 2000 MOU between Thailand and Cambodia.
It has been more than one year that Thailand’s aggression on Cambodia started and up to now, Thai troops have not all pulled out yet.

An ultimatum launched for Thai to remove it concret and 2mtrs fence by 10th, Aug. This what we Khmer should do and must do, but what if this Black dog shit Siam will not remove? Will our government order our defence forces to do some thing, start shooting? I do not want the war but I am agree with our Khmer ary to shoot this Siam if the time come.
Ultimatum is a must do if we set this up.

Thailand has spread twisted history of swollowing cambodia, in schooling and nationwide.
For so long,Thailand intends to gradually taking part of cambodia. Buying angkor artifects is also part of thai's greed for their identity.

It's a political scheme for Democrat Party under Abhishit leadership to gain vote before his government time expired by the end of this year.
Siam is known for its people loyalty to the nation although political partisanship played different tacts.
Preah Vihear issue is an emotional and face for Siam since before World War I and II. So both Sino Abhishit and Sondhi Limthongkul are exploiting King Bhumibol ,also a half Sino, popularity to engage public.
Also Siam tactical move is buying time in negotiation for nothing out of something like Preah Vihear and other area along borderline.
Beware Siam is not a straight Buddhist and mano to mano stance wne comes to its national interest.
CPP or SRP and others must be keen on this matter when comes to defend Khmer sovereignty not each political and cult personality.

Isn't it apparent you to already just a quick look at these people's comments on this site that they don't believe in such a thing like "God said you must love your enemy and your neighbor as yourself..." and if they do, obviously, they are full of shit? lol
I would not be surprised if these people never step foot inside a pagoda or church. Their skin might burn or something haha
Also, I don't believe in such a thing as enemies. You are the one to make that call. If you choose not to make something, it doesn't exist. If you don't choose to make enemies, it's very rare you have enemies. It's a vicious cycle. If you have done nothing against them before, I would say most people wouldn't think evil of you except for a few psychologically unstable people. But the people on here I believe are sane just might be hypocrite and cynical. That's all.
