Vietnam’s Defence Minister, General Phung Quang Thanh received a delegation from the Cambodian Defence Ministry’s General Department of Logistics and Finance in Hanoi on September 24.
General Thanh briefed the visiting Cambodian delegation led by Department Director, Gen. Sum Sam-nang on Vietnam’s socio-economic development, national defence and security in recent years.
He said he believes the current working visit to Vietnam will gain fruitful results, contributing to promoting understanding, cooperation and the traditional friendship between the two states and their armies.
Gen. Sum Sam-nang thanked Minister Thanh for his reception and informed him of the results of the delegation’s work with Vietnamese partners.

It is a cunning way by VN to create more puppets so that its long-term plan to annex Khmer motherland will be achieved. More Khmers will have a little room to move against the Vietees. LoveKh
Nothing lasts forever. So vietnam mistreatment and aggression toward khmer, laos, and hmong will be re-pay atleast equally or 10 times. Its just a matter of time. Life and history alway go through a cycle of up, down, and give , takes.
Evil for evil and good for good. I'm not in support of evil, but someone will. The suffering and injustice of some will seeks for justice in a later time.

GIVE VIET MORE LAND CONCESSION.
