Khmer Rouge survivors in Arizona, USA

Good afternoon,

My name is Nuha Sarraj and I am a Political Science student at Arizona State University. My organization, the Kurdish Youth Club, has been planning annual Genocide Awareness events. Last year, we invited various guest speakers/survivors to share their stories. Unfortunately, we were unable to find Cambodian survivors of the Khmer Rouge. This year, we are keen on finding one. I was not certain who to contact but was hoping you could help me. Do you know of any survivors in and out of Arizona? We would really appreciate any help you can give.

Thanks,

Nuha

Nuha,

What you want is to create problem with Khmer and Khmer again. What is your problem?
I was a former Khmer Rouge soldier, and now I am an ordinary person. If you want to find Cambodian survivors of the Khmer Rouge then come to Cambodia. Since you are so smart.

Long sentence, I won't read it.

AKM 7;02am.
So smart people don't study political science. They study to be Doctors, to be Pharmacists, to be Dentists, to be Engineers and to be Computer Scientists.

Nuha,
it's good that you want to include a Khmer speaker at your forum. You are trying to raise awareness about genocide around the world. I hope your forum can help people to understand about the genocide and helps to avoid it from happening in the future. My hat off to you, Nuha.

Nuha,

Cambodia has been working on Khmer Rouge trail now, we have people are doing this, if you want to help and learn about Khmer Rouge, I would suggest you should come to Cambodia. You just waken up regarding the Khmer Rouge story. Can you learn and do something else? Since you are so board not thing to do, why can you come to help Cambodia in a better way than sitting around and find way to create problem to the Cambodian people. You seem very smart and brilliant; we need you here but do not create trouble against our government. I hope you understand my point. All Khmer Rouge originally Khmers, we usually came from the countryside and in cities, let me make it short, we started to have Khmer Rouge since 1962, and Khmer Rouge protected the country. I am survived, because I was a good solider who had helped lot of people and I was a hard worker in the camp. Please remember that NOT all Khmer Rouges are bad, human is bad and causing a lot of trouble almost everywhere.

(NOTE: if you post long sentence like a whole book, I won’t have time to read it. Thanks)

Nuha,

First Khmer had been sponspored by the American throughout 50 years.

Second all Khmer ended up in Long Beach, CA and Lowell, MA majority.

Third Khmer kids had too much problem and left Long Beach for good.

Forth now Khmer is everywhere now they are heading to TX, NC, and GA.

Oh, Mesa have a lot of Khmer 700 of them and some from California.

Nuha doesn't problem, you do. It is only Awareness event, you moron. Let's me ask you something; during your time as KR soldier, have it ever occure to you about your statement "What you want is to create problem with Khmer and Khmer.."?
Tell me, why now, why not then? perhaps you nervous about your past and keep haunting you? If you don't help, don't procecute other people ideas and accomplishment.

And by the way, you are the one posted long sentences. Idiot,

I am not trying to create any problems at all. I am simply trying to educate the public. :-)

In order to educate others about the Khmer Rouge, I would have to travel to Cambodia? Why is that? Nothing can be done here in the United States?

Thank you for the nice comments. Please call/email me if you have questions about our event. :-)

Hope you all have a wonderful day. :D
