An official from the US Department of State confirmed to RFA that the meeting between SRP MP Mu Sochua and Secretary of State Hillary Clinton was an “official meeting.”
Ouch Borith, secretary of state of the Cambodian ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation (MFAIC) declared that the meeting between Mrs. Mu Sochua and Secretary of State Hillary Clinton was an unofficial meeting.
At a press conference held on 16 September 2009, Ouch Borith claimed that, according to what the US ambassador in Cambodia [Carol Rodley] told him: “The [US] ambassador clearly confirmed that it was true that Mrs. Hillary Clinton met with Mrs. Mu Sochua, however, this meeting is what can be termed a meeting that is not inside her office, it was a meeting along the corridor, in front of the office, outside of the office, it’s like shaking someone's hand without planning, and it was not a bilateral meeting either.”
Nevertheless, an official from the US Department of State confirmed to RFA yesterday that the meeting between SRP MP Mu Sochua and Secretary of State Hillary Clinton in Washington DC was an official meeting because Mrs. Mu Sochua’s name was registered in the official guest list of the US Department of State.

The fight for freedom, social justice, and democracy for defenseless Khmer people must go on. It must go on ceaselessly.
This despotic government must be stopped, otherwise Cambodia will become a second Laos soon. We as decent Khmers must stand up strong to challenge to Hun Sen's and his criminal clique's despicable game of turning Cambodia upside down.
If there are no Khmers living overseas strongly express their opinions or objection against Hun Sen and his criminal clique's evil acts, the defenseless Khmer poeple living inside the country must have been more severely maltreated. But, unfortuantely, some Khmer living overseas turn to be Khmer Rouge in disguise as Khmers not Rouge; until they bark so strongly to defend Hun Sen that we can tell they are actually Khmer Rouge, like Krama Man Krohorm Kor, New Phally, and Khmer Austarlia, etc. These Khmer Rouge won't change their absolute Khmer Rougeism, even until they face trial like ah Duch. Ah Duch won't change his doctrine too. If given a second chance, he will boublekill the innocent Khmers, because, to most Khmer Rouge, killing is fun.
Anyway I strongly hope that most Khmer not Rouge living overseas will continue their pursuit for social justice for their beloved defenseless compatriots.

Here again on this article KI-Media is lied and twisted the truth again by calling Mr. Ouch Borith a liar and caught red handed, because Mr. Ouch Borith was confirming about the meeting of Mr. Borith and the US Ambassador in Cambodia Carol Rodley. If the US Ambassador Carol Rodley issued a statement that said Mr. Borith statement was incorrect, then Mr. Borith was a liar, but the US Ambassador Carol has not issue any statement on this issue yet. Since KI-Media accused Mr. Borith a liar already and there is no statement from the US Ambassador Carol yet, then KI-Media also accused the US Ambassador Carol a Liar too.
Also the RFA report only confirmed that Mu was on the guest list, but never confirm about where was the meeting( on the corridor or inside the office) and did not confirmed what Mu claimed about the meeting either.

As all of knew CPP (Communist Party People) was born in Honoi on June 29th 1951 Father name HO CHI MINH. And they controlled Cambodia since than until now. But Khmer have a strong culture and strong hero, so they cannot swollow Khmer easy like Lao. Please keep in mind all Khmer! If we cannot get rid off CPP. America tries to promote democracy by bringing in lots of Khmer refugees from Thailand to integrate them into American society in the 1980's so they learn about the value of democracy. I cannot believe that after almost 30 years of living under Amercan welfare system at the American taxpayers' expense some Khmers turned their blind eyes to support dictatorship ruler Hun Sen instead. U.S. should revoke their citizenship and ship them back to Cambodia.
