Please don't blame just enjoy. Let the Khmer people have some little peace and freedom.
The Khmer people in Cambodia did not have a higher social support like some of you in the US. To survive, they have to work very hard.

Oh my god. A bus loaded of people are sitting on little vehicles.
That is funny. One guy is nearly cling to the back of the truck. They look like having a good time.
Hopefully, they are not breaking the vehicles.

it's ok, i guess for now because there is a method of traffic movement in cambodia anyway. people that speed and drunk are the one should be punished by law with stiff penalty. otherwise, it is actually safe like this in cambodia. like i said, there's a method to all of this chaos-looking scene, that is people are driving slowly and carefully. i'm sure, in the near future, when have have better roadways and so forth, things will change, but for now...
