Dear Sir,
This is a kind of chess play. You must hail this kind of play and win that will help to solve the Cambodia international issue.
I like it very much because the Abhishit's government and the Thai parliament ignore the negotiation for the Preah Vihear's conflict for more than a year. It is a waste of time, money, effort... to sit and talk with the Thais.
You see the 40 Thais parliamentarians do not want Cambodia become a member of the UNESCO's world heritage Committee. They want to share the control of Preah Vihear. They said at the Seminar in Bangkok on the 20th October 2009.
I have a house built by my ancestor and I legally inherited from my father and you want to be a co-owner with me. It is legally impossible!!!
Preah Vihear was built around the 10th century by the Khmer Empire's Kings and Khmer people before the existence of the Siamese or the Thai's Kingdom for more than 300 years. In 1904-1907, Thai King Chulalongkorn had signed a treaty with the French Colonial Ruler recognising the border line between Siam and Cambodia that Preah Vihear and the surrounding Land belong to Cambodia. In the verdict of 15 June 1962, the International Court of Justice in the Hagues handed over Preah Vihear and the surrounding Land to Cambodia. The French map of Cambodia and Thailand was recognised by the UNO. We, Cambodians do not want to see the map drawn by Thai unilateral mapping group which claimed 4.6sqkm from the slope of Cambodian Land surrounding the Temple.
In 1963, there were a turmoil in Thailand by Thai extremists for the ownership of the Temple.
Nowaday, the same story come up again after the UNESCO world heritage listing of the Temple. The political division in Bangkok are on the way.
That why our Samdech Decho Hun Sen is taking this tactic as a measure to solve the Temple issue.
We must wait and see and what will be happening in the future. And I am very optimistic about this matter.

These Cambodian people are the victims of Hun Sen's political scam. I wonder if hun sen feels bad for them? NOT!
