Open Letter to King Ta Norodom Sihanouk by Khemarak Botra
Translated from Khmer by Heng Soy
The only person who sometimes wishes to become a ghost and sometimes wishes to die is Samdech Ta. Samdech Ta used to boast that he is clever, that he is a man full of experiences. I would like to inform Samdech Ta that his experiences are wrong experiences, there were experiences cheated by the Yuons, they were experiences of destruction of Cambodia and her people. Because of such experiences, Cambodia and Cambodians are currently living in such misery. With his cleverness, when the Khmeng Wat (kids living in the pagoda) hit his head, not only he does not dare fight them back, but he even praises them for providing justice to him. This is called cheap cleverness.
When I see the pictures (above), I want KI-Media to help me ask Samdech Ta how grateful are we to the Yuons for the King of the Khmer land to burn incense and bow in respect like this?
My other question is: If Samdech Ta indeed has a death wish, why does he keep on seeking [medical help] from Chinese doctors? Why wouldn’t he let his disease kill him?
I see that Samdech Ta likes to write in French very much. Did Samdech Ta ever hear the French saying: “Il faut tourner sa langue 100 fois dans sa bouche avant de parler” [Turn the tongue 100 times in the mouth before speaking – Think before you speak]?
In conclusion, when Samdech Ta passed away as he wishes, let them not bring your remain back to Cambodia, let them just incinerate you in China. If there is an afterlife, may Samdech Ta be born as Yuon or Chinese, let you not be born as Cambodian because otherwise, Cambodia and Cambodians will never be able to get out of the current misery.

In his death wish Sihanouk is sending a cryptic message saying he's ready to testify in Court if summoned. Obviously the Viets and the Chinese oppose for fear of their roles in the killing field being exposed to the World to see. Sihanouk knows he might even be killed before he has a chance to testify. But this is his last opportunity to redeem himself in the eyes of the Khmer Nation. I wish him luck and May Buddha have mercy on his soul.
Redemption is a much for every man or women, if they have any comment sense left in them. The choice is his/her.

By the way You have a very good point, Khemarak Botra. I totally agreed with you. But, some of us still think Samdech Ta is clever and should give him some credits and still also kissed his ass. They don't wake up yet and they're still in the frog hole.
I personally never give this Sdech Chor Marseith a credit. I gave him -100 points for his action to Cambodia and her people. He helped to destroy Cambodia for his personal ambition and power.

I am 100% agreeing with Khemarak Botra. Sdach Ta is behaving/acting like foreigner: Yuon or Chin? He lives in China, writes in French, and worships Ho Chi Minh. Sdach Ta will be just another King Chey Chetha(worst King). Sdach Ta must be burried as Yuon's, and not incinerate as Khmer's tradition. Sdach Ta cannot be called Sdach Khmer, but Sdach Yuon and/or Sdach Chin.

The King deserves no better treat than he does now, for the main cuase of the destruction of Cambodia. The reason why he wishes to die soon is that he doesn't want to be a witness of the KR trial. Folks see how coward the King is? He's afraid that the truth migh at last fall upon him, that's why he wishes to sooner than later.
If you die, I believe the sky covering over the whole Cambodia will become brightly blue and showers Cambodia with all the best luck and bless for Khmer people, who have been suffering miserably for so long. They have been made to suffer by you; therefore, you should die soon as you wish, King!The sooner you die, the better the chance Khmer people will live with happiness. And if you don't mind, I propose to you that you should drag Hun Sen with you as fast as possible. If you can fulfill my proposal, I believe the King of Devil will release you back to planet earth again, then you can have all the fun you used to have in this present life time.

i don't think khmer people dislike sdech ta, we just didn't like his method of affiliation with the wrong people or country at the wrong time, etc., not the person, really! he used to be very popular with khmer people, until what happened to cambodia during the KR era, then people started to question him. i say, it was his wrong foreign policy that took cambodia in that direction in the past. it was all about "me" mentality, really. glad to see that was history now!

All humans are believed to live an average 100 years old, but billions live short. Everyone is getting sick sometime to time, but when the terminal disease like cancer that kill too many millions around the world less than 10 percent can survive depends on what parts of the body cancer may hit, patients (humans) want to live and they struggle to survive even a short while.
King Ta is the same as other multim-illion people who face cancer. But to go through this chemotherapy process is too miserable, some patients are getting weaker and weaker. Because chemotherapy carries risk of side effects; and the drugs use to kill cancer can also kill patients.
That is why million patients who have cancer want to die, though they are obliged to go through.
If you still don't by it, you will be facing cancer yourself soon than you will see how miserable the cancer patients feel. And will you reject the treatment provide for you or will you accept to go through?
All these ignorant irrational people who criticised King Ta will face cancer in their life time.
