In Sihanoukville, Cambodia, a 20 year old man claims to have cast spells on two children. One spell was to cause the child to fall in love with him, and the other spell was to make a child sick.
The man was caught stealing the underwear from the two girls and claimed that he wanted to make right his wrong and the only way to reverse his spells was to steal the underwear of the two girls.
Police arrested the man, but the girl's parents begged for the man's release.
