Without China there was no Pol Pot and without Pol Pot starving and killing did not take place. Only naive people think China aids have no string attached. Just look to the past. During Sihanouk era, China built many factories for Cambodia but the Chinese who were supposed to train Khmer workers, they, the Chinese, instead indoctrinate Khmer workers about Chairman Mao and Chinese revolution. Those Khmer workers end up become Khmer Rouge (KR). After the war in 1975, while Khmer people were starving the Chinese made KR pay back the loan Chinese granted to KR to finance the 1970-75 war. Pay back to China was done in the form of rice, and thus make starvation spreading country wide in Cambodia. Now we hear Hun Sen praise China by declaring that "among donor countries, China is the only one country which helps Cambodia without string or condition attached". It appears that he, Hun Sen, overlooked the history.

Please also note that Hun Sen is a Fucking Blind Eye. He know nothing about history of Cambodia and the world. HE IS ONLY HUNGRY FOR FREE / EASY MONEY for his wealth. Cambodian people do not get these Aids.

Some Leaders around the world left office with his/her Legacy of what he/she done good deeds for the Society. Has Hun Sen and his officials did anything for Khmer Society? Peace?
If Hun Sen become DEFIANCE TO VIETNAM/CHINA, WOULD KHMERLAND HAVE ANY PEACE?
Every human being on this 3rd Rock from the Sun, understood about Ethic. Deciding what is Right and Wrong, one does not need to be taught. It's innate. To be effective Leader, one needs to grasp the concept. Otherwise, Khmer Society cannot progress toward modernization in the 21st century.
We can blame the Chinese, the French, the US, the Japanese, the Youn, and the Siams, but the bottom line is that we Khmer have to take responsibility for our own. Every country want to be benefit from other and Khmer is no exception. Therefore, we need to stop blaming other and instead we should stay focus finding ways to help building our country. Only unity will help us overcoming many more obstacles a head, our people had suffered enough.

In theory is good, yes Khmers should be reunited to rebuild the country and I believe no one is arguing about it, but it's hard in practice. Do you think Khmer leaders open to criticism and suggestion and make change to better off the country? Once they become leaders, they go after their interest first before the nation's interest. In democratic countries, blaming and criticism are wake up call for the leaders, while in dictatorship country people who blamed and criticized the leaders are labeled as traitors or enemies. And this is the reason why Khmer land become smaller and smaller while our neighbors' land become bigger and bigger. If this tendency still exist, sooner or later we will not have the country to call home.

In addition we need to stick onto this theory___ Our gov't needs to be more focus on unity, team work, collaboration and as well as learn to ignore from all personal conflicts otherwise it will slow us down in term of community building processes. At the same time, we don't want other races to take advantage of us because we are too busy fighting with one another. Therefore please promote unity, love, compassion, share and respect among each other. This is the only way to run the country. Everyone is existed for a purpose, so, accept them all as one. I would like to make a request to all of our Khmer editors to call upon all leaders to come together as one and to discuss about what else need to be done, especially about “national security”.....Aust
