Ah Hun Sen is a blind idiot. China maybe rich but their resources has been mostly depleted. They lend us their money because they know we won't able to pay them back anytime soon. That way they can just take all of our current resources as payment. As a result, a depletion of resources in Cambodia. Instead of lush green forest, we will become a desert or barren wasteland. Whichever is worst.
Sacrava, your cartoons are right about China's debt and ignorance of borrowing. China's income per head is about 2100 $, so it shows the country is far behind Japan, Europe, N America. Thus this Confucius nation cannot give its lending free. And history can tell this. That is why most infrastructure projects are given to Sino companies and Cambodian natural resources are exploited by Chinese companies.
