I do not have to prove who I am, everybody in the KHMER NAVY knows who I am very well, even in the CV (Cambodian Veterans). I joined the NAVY in 1970 (TOUN SAY was my classmate in the NAVY). Lok Tan Cao was a respectable Superior Officer for all ex-Navy. Please do not try to bring up his name in your critique.
When you joined the NAVY, I was in the States already.
