Thialand falsefied the history of Cambodia a descendant of the Khmer Empire, but Thai Scholars like Dr. Giles Ungpakorn didn't by that. He wrote in his blog that Preah Vihear belonged to Cambodia according to history, but the Radical Extremists PAD led by the Chinese-Thai stirring up for their own political power reasons.

Actually, Som Chay is wright.. Why negotiate with A-Siem which yielded no solution. Khmer government should take the case to the world court again in Hague. Stop wasting time with the greedy Siem thief government!
Thailand must respect internaltional law regarding the Preah Vihear Temple. Preah Vihear is belong to the people of Cambodia. Thousand of Cambodian living oversea never forget the abused by the Thai police during the wartime.Thai must be aware of this. Cambodian people is the real Buddhism. If you still abuse as during the wartime you will get in troble.

Every neighbour needs to respect each other’s boundary in order to keep its own citizen in place or otherwise if war occurs again, it will go into another chaos. We Asian nations need to find solutions for peace in order to protect our future generation from harm and finding ways to protect all individuals as well like; all for one and one for all and that everyone is equally important regardless who they are or where they come from. Asian nation needs to create an international security net to protect everyone who may travel to and from each other’s country. We Asian nation must reach a common goal and common interest for the best of our society e.g. if one nation needs help the rest must come together as one. We also need to use the system like European nations, creating a one currency of "Euro" or maybe we can call our currency as "Asiano or "Asian-mono". The Vietnamisation of Cambodia by Hanoi had made Thailand to be jealous against Hanoi.
So the greedy Thai want to:
1- get some part of the PIE as Khmer leaders had been shared with Haoi
2-Thai harassment against Hun Sen's regime means that Hanoi must STOP RIGHT THERE, NOT TO PROCEED THEIR WESTWARD MARCH ANYMORE.
Without Green Ligth from Hanoi, Hun Sen will not bring this matter to the Hague, otherwise it will be a Backlash against Hanoi which is expanding Viet Territories by swallowing Khmer Eastern provinces.
The World Resolution will have an impact on Khmer-Viet borders which Hanoi doesn't want it at all cost.
