Regardless of what's happening between Cambodia and Thailand, some Thai PMs and some civilians have full freedom to cross the border to greet their former boss. Would Hun Sen allow this kind of situation to happen if this was a Cambodian case?

Stupid question, The Khmer did during 1980. Cambodians were free to travel to Europe, USA and other part of the world to meet with the former Khmer Front National Liberations.

I think I was talking about Cambodia and Thailand particularly the Thaksin situation. By the way, I believe that you have a different perspective or assumption, but that is ok. I don't judge you because what I learned from school and experiences is that no such thing as stupid. Something like this is just an observation or an opinion. So I always see thing through different lenses and reflect in a constructive way. I respect your perspective.
