Cambodia will not address the diplomatic row involving fugitive former Thai premier Thaksin Shinawatra at this weekend's historic US-regional summit, said its foreign ministry Friday.

Cambodia will not address the diplomatic row involving fugitive former Thai premier Thaksin Shinawatra at this weekend's historic US-regional summit, said its foreign ministry Friday.

Cambodian authorities have charged a Thai man with spying and refused to extradite Thaksin to Thailand, as tensions between the two countries deepened this week while the billionaire visited in his new post as economic adviser.

"The Cambodian government will not mix the issue between Cambodia and Thailand with the first (Association of Southeast Asian Nations) ASEAN-US summit in Singapore this coming Sunday," Koy Kuong told AFP.

"And we also request that other ASEAN leaders not to mix this issue with the US-ASEAN summit," he added.

The statement appeared to be a response to ASEAN Secretary General Surin Pitsuwan's pleas that the 10-country bloc should not be seen divided by the dispute at the meeting between US President Barack Obama and regional leaders.

After Cambodia expelled the first secretary to Thailand's embassy Thursday, authorities said that diplomat had worked with the alleged spy to gather Thaksin's flight schedule.

Thailand reciprocated, expelling Cambodia's first secretary from Bangkok.

Both countries recalled their respective ambassadors last week after Cambodia appointed Thaksin Shinawatra, who was ousted as Thailand's prime minister in a coup in 2006, as an economic adviser.

Thailand and Cambodia have fought a series deadly clashes on their border since July 2008 in a dispute over land around an ancient Cambodian temple that was granted UN World Heritage Status.

Regarding Hun Sen's honorary degrees, He has no honour to receive any degree even the shit one becuase he is a dictator like Hitler.

Khmer should not appreciate Thai Degrees because they don't teach the correct history.

Hun Sen deserved to be stripted of all his Degrees he received from Thailand, Korea etc. because he didn't go to uni and knows nothing but killing his own people, committing corruption and practicing nepotism. His leadership style is exactly like that of Hitler. Hun Sen's entourages are agreed with whatever Hun Sen said and done just like Hilter's entourages did to Hitler. At last Hitler brought Germany to war with the world just like Hun Sen is bringing Cambodia to harm's way and destitute. Khmer people and Hun Sen's subodinates should be brave enough to stop Hun Sen's asora power otherwise Cambodia would be totally wiped out within next few decades.

All Hun Sen honorary degrees can be stripted any time even after he died because he didn't put any effort to earn them, namely, he did not and are not allowed to go to university as he has no high school certificate. For the real doctor degrees/PhDs that other students/people hold, they cannot be revoked because those people earned them the right way by going to uni. They hold their doctor degrees with dignity unlike Hun Sen who are holding the so-called honorary doctor degrees but run the risks of being revoked any time. He has no honor and dignity at all.
