Building houses for poor people is really good for Khmer people and the government but SRP is not happy about it. All SRP wants to see is the USA stops aid to Cambodia.
SRP (Candle Light)
I do not believe people are naive enough to take a shallow proported view such as yours to be that of SRP or its supporter.
Don't pretend, because just as there are CPP (unbelievable) followers like yourself out there working hard to seed disinformation about opposition people, there are also as many working to bring hope and truth to Cambodia.
Great work president Carter! Thank you for bring U.S connection and influence into Cambodia. We need better visions then blind visions that have been implanted by neighbors bent on colonizing Khmers for their rubber plantations, power dams and other miseries.
What this old man is doing is to embrace khmer rouge again. Get out of there socialist Osama (Obama) and Carter. Stop kissing ass the murderers.
Chine kampot
This is a habitat for humanity. Our x-president is so kind and generous to help your fucking dirt poors regardless ,and you're insulting him you motherfucker.Your tribe is so rude and cruel.
2:56 PM,
You are quite hopeless and really need help.
What did you do for your people?
Let me guess --> nothing!

2:56pm is retarded. His head is messed up. Go get some treatment buddy.
Please note under the Presidency of President Jimmy Carter, thousands of Cambodian refugees were able to leave Thailand to many many countries starting as early as March or April in 1979. He may be nothing to 2:56p.m, but he is forever thanksful and greatful by those who know him well. God bless Mr & Mrs. Carter!
A former refugee from Cambodia thru
Lumpini camp.Thailand in 1979,
Thank god there's people like President carter and countless of volunteers who help the poor in this world. If it wasn't for them and the financial aid , cambodia would be still in the jungle age.
I'm not sure those houses goes to right poor people at all because of corruption inside government.
in Cambodia even humanitarian or ong field belong to hun sen government. All belong to hun sen belong to Angka (yuons)
beyond a ruthless dictator
If those houses doesn't go to the poor who would they go too? NGOs or group that have direct input into the project are less susceptible to be affected with corruption in their work because it is carried out directly.
No corrupt arrogant officials would live in the small meager houses. Don't be ridiculous.
Thanks Mr. Carter!
What is to stop companies from burning down these houses from future developing? It's useless to build houses when lands are being bought and sold on a daily basis like a stock market. Even overseas khmer are joining in on the action.
