Officials Sue Sam Rainsy for Incitement, Destruction

KI-Media Note: Unconfirmed report indicated that on Wednesday, November 11, 2009, the Svay Rieng provincial court had asked the ministry of Justice to initiate the process to remove Mr. Sam Rainsy's parliamentary immunity. If this report is confirmed, Hun Xen's regime is totally subservient to Hanoi's regime.
Local authorities in Svay Rieng province filed a lawsuit against Sam Rainsy on Tuesday, alleging incitement and the destruction of border markers with Vietnam last month.

Officials allege the opposition leader prompted villagers to pull six boundary markers from rice fields in Chantrea district on Oct. 25. The villagers had said the markers were an indication of encroachment by the Vietnamese.

“Chantrea district authorities sued Sam Rainsy for damage of public property and inciting race discrimination because he uprooted six temporary poles for Marker 185,” said Var Kimhong, head of Cambodia’s border committee.

Svay Rieng Governor Chheang Am confirmed the lawsuit, and Korm Chhean, chief of the provincial court, said officials there had received it.

Sam Rainsy, meanwhile, has appealed to the former king, Norodom Sihanouk, saying villagers had lost dozens of hectares of rice fields to border encroachment.

“After the villagers cried with suffering the loss of their rice fields, they pulled a few poles for border markers out in front of me, for justice,” he wrote on Nov. 7.

Sihanouk then sent letters to Senate President Chea Sim, National Assembly President Heng Samrin and Prime Minister Hun Sen requesting that they “examine” information provided by Sam Rainsy.

Why does Mr Sam Rainsy have so much affinity with the Kangaroo court?

Perhaps he could not find anything more exciting to do.

It was crystal clear that puppet regime received order from hanoi and comply with them regardless of people complaints . It is the best time to appeal to the internationl world especially Accord Paris 1991.

Jungle man hun sen considers cambodia his private property . He puts personal hatred of abhisit over national interests.
Why doen(t he do the same when vietnam steals cambodian land?
About time the thais topple him and we have a change in government.

Xam RainXy has nothing to fear if the Svay Rieng provincial Court had asked the Ministry of Justice to request to the Parliament to lift his parliamentary immunity because after he pulled six boundary markers from rice field near Cambodia's border with Vietnam, Xam RainXy said that he will sue VN government to international Court for crabing Cambodia's land.

So far, all he can do is asked former King Sihanouk to intervince!

Xam RainXy has never afraid to break the laws in Cambodia, whenever the government sues him, he always cries out that it's political motivated.

Breaking the law, you will pay the price. That is the rule of law and democracy.

In 1979 the Vietnamese invaded and installed the monkey Hun Sen, now 2009 it's about time some body do some thing, so it's from the west……come on Abhisit invade the RGC and install your man. The Thais army must show to the world and the Cambodians that they are not transvestites as people think of them…….you must invade Cambodia now……forget about the International Law there is no such thing.

China seems to grind his teeth with vietnam at some point, but allowing Hun Sen to messing up freely with them. Where is the action to really stop this China? What are you afraid off? Believing in the old King will do anything. Don't. He is too old and cann't handle it. If Mr. Sam Rainsey thinks that bringing the matter to the international court is appropriate. Please do it. This time is his turn with the rest of khmers that believe it's the right thing to do. Getting his support is fine, but don't let him fight for us. He cann't.

Thailand is not a chicken when it comes to war, but they rather choose peace than getting miserable in fighting. So how are they going to help Mr. Sam Rainsey? The former Governor of Battambang was escaping from The Khmer Rouge in 1975 and had stayed in Thailand for years. It was never one crosing Thailand mind to really do anything about it. They rather put up with little trade or grain of rice gain from the Khmer Rouge than fighting them and free Cambodia from Communist. In 20 years or less Thailand will also becomes a red state or close to it just like us. It's coming.

Yes they could have used Sek Sam Eit to free Cambodia, but what did they do? Nothing.

Just remember, there are a lot of Cambodia best men and women of high ranking were also escaping the Khmer Rouge Regime. They too choose to do nothing. Why? Because there is no one wants them. They were looking at as a loser, because they fought along American and American lost or quit the Vietnam War. Well, there is more too lose or can stay as quiter. They are getting older by the minute and will leave this world with little and insignificant role. That is for sure, but they weren't born to be this way. They were born to fight for freedom! All they need, is the right reason and the right country to help them do so. Should they look to Thailand? No and as long as Thailand continue to mess around with Preah Vihear. They should forget it.

Would it matters if Thai take Preah Vihear? I don't think so. If the thai don't take it the Viet will anyway. And I don't really think that the Viet will let the Thai do anyway since the Viet considers that all Cambodia, including Preah Vihear belong to the Viet already.

They may have, but at least we have our own King and able to wear our own clothes. Wearing Doun or vietnamese's hat and walking down our avenue and palace is a different matter. Worse yet forcing to speak their language.

9:04PM - Keep up your good spirit. We need every one to think positive for our nation to stay alive.

Please remember that Preah Vihear was awarded by the ICJ or the international court of Justice to Cambodia. Do you know who was making sure that Cambodian people can go up to the Temple only thru the steepest side? It was Abhisit and his supporters. They weren't nice people. They were ugly! and I don't give af*. Thaksin is better for Thailand and her neighbors.
