In Cambodian Parliament, there is DOCTOR CHEAM YIEP of CCP and in Long Beach, California we have Ph.D Ly Diep and you all could guess who Ph.D Ly Diep devotes for ?
I am very sorry that this analyse is heard from Mr. Ly Diep. I heard a group of Siem employees in Siem Food "Noodle World" along Valley Ave., Alhambra, CA. talking all this matters since last 5 days ago. May be they hire you (Mr. Ly)to write this analyse.
