thank you Lok Puu Ly Diep. i don't think i have anything much to add. you have given an excellent explanation. Yuon have nothing to do with this issue. If they do, then they had enchroached into our land. if this issue is between khmer and khmer then there is nothing about stripping of immunity from Mr. Sam Rainsy. THIS IS ABOUT KHMER INTEREST, REMEMBER? Or perhaps, we do have too many corruption individuals in the senate who are continuing to land grapping from our innocent khmer people.

Thanks for your insightful annalysis. What the subservient parliament planning to do right now to SR is totally unconstitutional but he cannot challenge them with this corrupt court system. I would suggest that all MPs from SRP and HRP protest this and let them take away their parliamentary immunity then this government will be unconstitutional to run the country.

Lok Harrison Lee was the first founder of Cambodia Town. He always called me to discuss how to put
the ideas together. We even debated the name between Little Phnom Penh and Cambodia Town. He and his wife worked tirelessly on the project especially walking from store to store along the Anaheim corodore to collect signatures on the petition in order to present to the Long Beach City Commission. Unfortunately, later on I have come to learn his name was not even mention on the inauguration of his own project. What a shame!
For myself, I am very happy to see Cambodia Town and I did not go against it as you mentioned in your blog that you have just created for defaming my name. It was a wrong accusation!!!
I did not go against Cambodia Town, but strongly, I did go against those who organized the New Year Parade on the 17th of April (Killing Fields Date in Cambodia). Furthermore, I strongly go against those who invited Sok An to preside over the inauguration of the Cambodia Town. Please do not confuse yourself about how I feel between Cambodia Town and how I am against the New Year Parade, which also included Sok An.

who I am. I do not pretend to be who I am not. Please let me know who accuses me to be an Ex-Naval Officer. All I ask is for one person, please! Also, I do not go around and attack innocent people as you claim. The people who you state that I have attacked has either involved him/herself with the New Year Parade (April 17) or with Sok An. I did not attack the so stated people, rather, I responded maturely. I would like to let you know that Lok Ken Norin is not my boss, he has his own responsibility on his newspaper, Sereipheap News.

Yes, I have enough capability to run a newspaper by myself in the last 24 years. I don't have a high
education as my 2 kids, but I tried my best to do my job. I love newspaper and I do not even make money from this business ! Beside newspaper, I used to work with a big electronic company for more than 10 years before going to the restaurant and market businesses. I didn't make it with my other ventures, so that is why I went bankrupt in 1989 (20 years ago).

Just before this, someone stated that I was not a Naval Officer and he told everyone that I was a
Cook in the Navy. Now you say that I was a Naval Officer (Pak Sak Pi). In order to get to this rank, you said I have to lick someone in Ream (Who ?). Let me tell you the truth, I joined the Navy in 1970 as a 24 hour Soldier. After 6 months of training in the Naval Center in Chroy Changwar, the Navy sent me to Ream. I was chief in charge of radio on the board P-111 for 5-6 months before the Navy transfered me to Navy HQ in Phnom Penh to work in the Bureau Central Transmission Ecoute et Radar. In the Navy HQ, I was in charge of all electronic equipments for the whole Navy. In 1974, I was sent to US to get training in Telecommunication (UHF and VHF).In the Navy, as everyone knew, no one can elevate his/her rank by licking his superior. This accusation is not true. You can ask all the Ex-Navy Group, they will tell you.
Concerning Khmer Krom, I always respected Phaaun Prak Sereivuth, I even tried to help him find a job in the Cambodian Community. I have worked with the Khmer Krom Community since 1985, long before I knew Prak Sereivuth or the other Khmer Krom that you speak of. Accusing me as a Youn Spy is not true. Youn already knew about KKrom and what they are capable of. The cold war stuff that you mention was in the past. Phaau Sereivuth won't say things like that about me.
In this same forum, someone claimed that I was a minister in the Government of Khmer Kampuchea Krom in Exile. This claim is not true as well. Actually, I was an advisor to Lok pou Thach Chanh, Now Lok Pou Thach Chanh is no longer on his duty (because of his old age), same goes for myself.
In the Cambodian Community in Long Beach, I did not go around and attack innocent people and
Communities across the US. Wow ! please tell me who and where. I did respond to this kind of accusation and you can find this above. If I did that, I may have received many lawsuits. Please don't be rediculous ! About Sihanouk and Hun Sen, you do not need to bring these two Khmer traiters to attention. I am against them since day one and everyone in the world knows that !!
