Siem Government is seen as threatening weaker country like Cambodia. Rather than using deplomatic means, it's trying to put pressure on RGC. It's rediculous. While Thaksin was addvising Cambodia on Economic development to help develop Cambodia so that consequently it will benefit Thai people, Siem Abhisit suspend the development loan to Cambodia.

Abhisit is way behind Thaksin and Hun Sen in term of capacity. He's simply a purpet or clown of PAD and the Royal advisers. The more he does, the more mistake he made.

Let me tell you, Abhisit!
Without green light from China and VN, Hun Sen wouldn't have done such.

If you could, gather information on how often the visits exchanged between Cambodia and China and VN during the last 12 months.

The loan/grant suspended not enough for a night spent by Hun Sen's official at night clubs.

I think Thailand should stop wining anymore about nothing. It is wining just to fool the world but nothing in their heart. They wine all the nice things but really amount to nothing. The small loan they are wining about is for road construction from Thai border to Cambodia, so that they can bring in more goods to Cambodia. I don't think it will benefits Cambodians anyways. So if they want to cancel, just do it and stop winning...
