BANGKOK - THAILAND'S fugitive former prime minister Thaksin Shinawatra's appointment earlier this week by Cambodia's mercurial Prime Minister Hun Sen has jangled nerves in the Thai capital and entangled both countries in a diplomatic brawl that prompted Thailand first and then Cambodia to recall their ambassadors on Thursday.

Analysts say Thaksin's latest move could be the launchpad for a political comeback.

'Thaksin is on a new offensive. This is a calculated campaign to undermine this government and to change governments,' said Thitinan Pongsudhirak, a political science professor at Bangkok's Chulalongkorn University. 'He wants to retake what he sees as his legitimate right, which is to have another election that he believes he will win.'

For the government of Prime Minister Abhisit Vejjajiva, Cambodia's action is a slap in the face it feels compelled to respond to. It called the appointment an 'interference in Thailand's domestic affairs.'

From cyberspace, Thaksin tweeted to his 40,000 Twitter followers that Abhisit's recall of the Thai ambassador was a 'childish overreaction', and tweeted in a seperate message: 'I'm asking permission from all Thai people to advise the Cambodian government ... until I have a chance to serve you again.'

Current Prime Minister Abhisit faces the challenge of how to calm the political maelstrom around Thaksin. 'Thailand is now in the international spotlight and its leader has been discredited,' said Sompop Manarungsan, a political economist at Chulalongkorn University. 'The strategy Thaksin is using, I call it 'crashing.' He is destroying everything in his path to reach his goal.'

The Thais are a bunch of loonies ultra-nationalists...What is the matter with them??? It's true that we do not have economic experts, that's why Samdech Hun Sen hired Lee Myung Bak and now Thaksin. The Thais are ingrate bastards who owe so much to Cambodia. They are imperialists who can not exert control beyond their borders...Instead of fostering fraternal friendship between our two peoples which share so much in common but they choose the wrong path to self-destruction and humiliation. In the eyes of the world, they are indeed a crazy disturbed people...

Dear Readers,
King Pumipon is dying on his deathbed in Hospital, and his heir has not been appointed.
If the popular PM Thaksin returns to power as the majority of Thai people want, Abhisit will quickly fly back to his birth land, England easily and so all the Royal family members whose wealth already sent to the foreign banks.

I suspect Hun Sen-Thaksin gate could be China's games, though Hanoi is playing doubled games: one helping China as China demands and two for its own expansionism.
I suspect that Thaksin may be agreed to ceded the land surrounding Preah Vihear to Cambodia in exhange for his political comeback.

Ps; Another internal news (Thailand). A respectful monk read for King Pumipon's son that King Pumipon will be be the last monarch of Thailand, now is running for his life, because King Pumipon's son is ordering to kill him. Should Thais allow King Pumipon's son to be King if he is a bastard running whore houses and his wife is a porn star and he himself has aid?

Dear Readers:

But more dangerous than that is the policy of fighting with each other among Khmers under Hun Sen's leadership. Hun Sen is very smart in fighting with his own Khmer race in order to live his life alone in this tiny land of Khmer Empire. Pol Pot has been blamed about that policy. Now it comes to Hun Sen who can mimic this policy correctly. Hun Sen should utilize international laws and Paris Peace Accord to handle with Thailand, not to closely associate with Thaksin and try to push Sam Rainsy to ally with Abhisit without equating Sam Rainsy's self consensus. Hun Sen is good in taming Sam Rainsy but not good in conducting a proper policy to deal with Thailand and Vietnam regarding our beloved border protection.

While I am jumping to analyze the tension situation between Cambodia and Thailand especially the appointment of Thaksin as Hun Sen's economic adviser, I am expecting that my analysis would be one of the contributions for Cambodian nation, and others will not label me as a "traitor" because of my contradict opinion in appointing fugitive former PM Thaksin as Hun Sen's economic adviser.

First, Cambodian government is putting Cambodian people and her nation into a burning fire. Cambodia has deserved full potential to play role of international diplomacy with Thailand, but why Hun Sen chose "crashing strategy" in this time? Cambodia can use international laws and Paris Peace Accord as means to deal with Thailand and also with Vietnam. But why Cambodia government has never paid attention and utilized this legitimate mean? Why Hun Sen appointed Abhisit's rival as personal economic adviser?

In the meantime, Vietnam will gain both giving hand to help Cambodia to fight with Thailand and sell more products to Cambodian people who are more inclined to consumer than as producer behavior. Undeniably, Vietnamese troops will be sent to help their former alliance Hun Sen and the CPP. More gratitude and sympathy will be appeared among CPP's members and some Cambodian people who are drunken of nationalism of Preah Vihear scheme. More than this, Vietnam's secret intervention to support red shirt to fight with yellow shirt will become more intensified and effective as Vietnamese troops can station along border of Cambodia-Thailand.

Second, appointing Thaksin is like slapping incumbent PM Abhisit. The question is that it is good or bad to publicly slap Abhisit like a comedian without having proper plan to deal with the border issue? Or Hun Sen is expecting to get that land back during appointing Thaksin or what? I think it is too fast and very fool to assume that Thaksin, Chavalit and Abhisit are fighting with each other because of border conflict with Cambodia. If we use history as evidence, we have seen that both Thai and Vietnamese have played double standard game to lure Khmers into their trap. Finally their national interests are the most priority. We have had huge evidence in hand that only Khmers who have fought each others in centuries but ceded land to foreigners. Or we can say more Khmers are fighting with each others, more death and land lost occurred; but more Thais and Vietnamese are fighting with each other more progressive and land gained occurred to their nation. With this evidence, has Hun Sen realized this? And what Hun Sen's vision to gain land for Cambodia?

Third, ASEAN and UNs will support Cambodia if Cambodia utilize national laws to deal with Thailand. Thailand has already expressed their concern and disgrace if Cambodia plan to use that international laws especially Paris Peace Agreement to deal with them of border issue. But ASEAN, UNs and international communities dare not support Cambodia in appointing Thaksin as economic adviser to confront with another rival of Thailand. More than this, Abhisit government is more released and happier than before now.

Fourth, appointing Thaksin as Hun Sen's adviser is absolutely appeared as "internal interference". Cambodia should not try to deny this actual allegation. Cambodia has to do more research to seek that when two rivals in their country are fighting with each other, and we gives guns and supplies to one opponent publicly, what act should we name ourselves? Retaliations have happened among this public support to one rival to fight with another. This is not a stage of boxing match or football court. It is lives and blood of innocent people. We have huge evidence to show what happened to such act. America tried/sentenced Saddam to death, may be not because of Saddam's dictatorship and violence, it surely demonstrated that it is because of America who grasped that Saddam supported terrorists to bomb and eliminate America. This happened as well in Cambodia. America supported Lon Nol to topple N. Sihanouk and neglected the atrocity in Cambodia was because of N.Sihanouk who allowed north Vietnamese troops to deliver their force and supplies in Cambodia land to eliminate America. The current situation that Hun Sen has developed his international politics with Thailand might be very similar or the same. Finally Cambodian people will be the victims, not Hun Sen and his colleagues.

Fifth, the most important impression for political analysts and scholars regarding Hun Sen's political move with Thailand is the suspect on "conflict of interest between Vietnam and Thailand" in using their hegemony over Cambodia. There are many failures that Thailand has accepted in securing their friendship with Cambodia. Frequently, more conflict Thailand has made with Cambodia, more loss of interests Thailand has to give away to Vietnam. For instance, the burning of Thai embassy in Phnom Penh is a slap on the face, but in order to normalize its relations with Cambodia, Thailand can accept millions of dollar as compensation/reconstructing their embassy back. In that time, Cambodian police authority have not been charged of neglecting its duty. But Cambodian people money has to use to pay back to Thailand. Cambodia gained some from that burning fever, but Cambodia lost its face in the international stage of diplomacy and million of dollars should be used to reduce Cambodian poverty. Interestingly, Vietnam can increase its hegemony over Cambodia more than Thailand.

History has repeated again and again about the fool policy of Cambodian leaders in fighting with Thailand, Vietnam come to support and ceded some land as dowry to Vietnam.

But more dangerous than that is the policy of fighting with each other among Khmers under Hun Sen's leadership. Hun Sen is very smart in fighting with his own Khmer race in order to live his life alone in this tiny land of Khmer Empire. Pol Pot has been blamed about that policy. What a misfortune gene of Cambodian leaders?

Certificate from the best school, it still does not make you a real and perfect leader.
Mr. Thaksin as private person will be able to help our country in many cases.
This gentleman has had all good and bad experiences and might help our country to overcome the economy problem. He has a lot of connection to other people, who still trusted and believed on him.
Politics can be very frustrated for all of us. Not just in a small country like Cambodia but also in other part around the globe, included America, Europe and Asia.
Now we all agree or not, but our country Cambodia can no long expect help from other like in the mean time from Vietnam. It is our interest, we need to be ourself, therefore we Khmer have to provide small help to our country and support the Khmer politicians as much as you can.
Just a Khmer born

To Hun Sen (Leader of the Cambodian People's Party Hun Sen Khmer Rouge Regime)

Since you and the CPP assassinated, executed, killed and murdered jurnalists, political opponents, leaders of the free trade union, innocent men, innocent women and innocent children;

Do you have any plan to assassinate the Thai prime minister (Abhisit Vejjajiva)?

Are you going to send Brigade 70 (Hun Sen's Death Squad Unit) to assassinate the Thai prime minister (Abhisit Vejjajiva)?

Is it true, you only kill your own peoples, you will not kill Thai and Veitnamese peoples that cannot get enough of our land?

Is it true, you only kill innocent Khmer peoples with no weapon in their hands?
