The court is for Cambodian's innocent. Those who committed the crime must be punished. No one on this earth deserve to go thru hell like Cambodian people did between 1975 and 1979.
The UN tribunal is good. Although it could be better and a lot stronger or more powerful than it's today. Blaime it on lower fund.
