the thai criminal comes to meet a thai prisoner under the protection of a cambodian gangster and will have a ceremony of prisoner release at the gangster house monday. how about hundreds khmer who were not spy but just hungry looking for food in thailand and were arrested, tortured,and put in the jail.does khmer goverment care about them and try to help them release and have that kind of ceremony the same this thai spy?
