The man insisted that if his wife didn't give him money to buy cigarettes, he would burn down their house. His wife still refused, yelling, "Go ahead! Burn down the house if you want to." And so he set his house on fire.
The couple and their seven children are now homeless.

The bad man! As a man, he cannot earn money only to buy cigarettes n dare yell to his wife by setting the house on fire. What we can say for the such man? He is not as good as animal.

Are you suggesting that killing two millions of their own people, throwing grenades at the demonstrators, using court systems to jail critics of government by leaders happened every where too not just Cambodia?
