Because Hun Sen is controlled by Yuon.
Khmer Krom missed the golden opportunity for being reunited with Cambodian during 1982. Remember at that time several countries in Old Union of Russia were broke away from Russia? And several countries in that region gained their independent then. Unfortunately in Cambodia, Pen Sovann was jailed and Hun Sen clan was installed by the Viet to stop Khmer from uniting together for Khmer Krom. Folk, read my lips, the Viet will do everything to keep Hun Sen in power to prevent Khmer reunite with each other.
During Sihanouk,Pol Pot,Sun Sen,Ieng Sary,Nuon Chea,Hun Sen,Chea Sim,Heng SamRin,Poun Sambat,Khek Pen,Chuon Choeun,etc communist regime,we worked with alot of khmer krom,we called each other Mith,me khmer Campong Thom ,we love each other,we never called khmer krom,...nowadays ,we khmer outside,we call each other Bang ,Pou,Ming,Ta,Yeay normaly including Khmer from Surin,Borey ram.
Khmer must be one,and work together ,teach each other around the world ,since this time we must write and send all document that you knew to our DELEGATORS,such as
Leakhena Nou,Theary Seng,and other phd with experience,competence ....
