A conference on this matter will be held in France on January 2010.
Lok Diep - I'm not completly, totally agree with you on this analysis. LP picks the right venue to deal with this issue between the puppet and master. Say if the Viet dares to challenge him and agrees to hold hearing in Vietnam what else can you think will happen? - Khmer wishes list will be fulfilled. But I'm 100% sure the Viet will not challenge him in their own court they rather want to see Khmer court convict and jail their own people that is part of their strategies. I see SR is very smart in picking the fight in court with the master instead with the puppet. But circumstance is not on his side.

Ly Diep, Great acticle and I absolutely and totally agreed with you.
Mr.Som Rainsy, for Cambodians you seems right and you are supported,but for the law, for CPP's government and Vietnam government;you are absolutely wrong...you uprooted the border post...and It doesn't matter in Svay Rieng or in Phnom Penh,because these two countries already made agreements...you can be in jail no matter in Vietnam or in Cambodia,but Vietnam will not be that stupid; they will let Cambodian court do that...come on Mr.Som Rainsy, you read Mr.Ly Diep's acticles you're better smart enough and I suggest you that read Mr.Ly Diep over and over,then do it...
