A Cambodian prosecutor told a Cambodia court Tuesday that former prime minister Thaksin Shinawatra is a Cambodian citizen so his flight schedule could not be made public.
The prosecutor was showing to the court that it was illegal for a Thai engineer, Siwarak Chutipong, to ask for information of Thaksin's flight schedule from air controller staff.
The prosecutor said Thaksin is an advisor to the Cambodian government, he is regarded as a Cambodian citizen and his flight schedule information could not be disclosed although it is public information.
The prosecutor said the information was also related to the Cambodian security.

Mr. Thaksin is not a Cambodian nationality. As an official advisor of the Cambodian government, Mr. Thaksin has the same immunity like all higher ranking Cambodian authority. His security needs to be protecting on the Cambodian soil.
As we--unfortunately-- know that Ah idiot Hun Sen is the "law," and anyone can be naturalized as Khmer citizen if the idiot approves it; the idiot is also above the law--only in Cambodia.
The idiot is a big fish in a pond, and if he gets out in the ocean, he'll get drown ... so do the rest of his power elites (clunkers).

Kampuchea ain't have the real constitution as SihanoukVarman boastfully claimed himself as a father of Khmer constitution. Ironically and shamedfully speaking, his adopted son, SenVarman is a Mighty father of Khmer constitution, and believe or not, every word he insanely says or has said is the Khmer constitution!
If you call Thaksin a Thai Criminal, you can also call Sam Rainsy a Khmer criminal, because both are convicted in court. Now the question is, does the court that setup by a government who over throw Thaksin government by military force is fair?! come on now, use your common sense!
Pol pot admitted there were mistakes. One of them was that he allow the poor and un-educated to have power. From some of the people there were killing and curruptions.
The perfect example is Hun Sen and his regime.
Mr. Prosecutor! it does not make any sense to me when you said that Mr. Thanksin's flight is public information and yet and can not be disclosed. Thanksin did not come secretly. Everyone knew when he came. Hun Sen even publicly announced two days of his trip. All media knew when Thanksin came. Thai media even reported Thanksin's trip before Mr. Sivrak, accused Thai spy transfered asked for Thanksin's trip from his Khmer colleagues.
It is ashame for Khmer people when we do like this. It just shows our stupidity and injustice in our society. Ashame!
You got to give the court some credits. Under presure, they are very creative indeed.
you may have millions reasons to curse and to hate thaksin but abhisit is no better neither for khmer nor for thais
since abhisit come to power, he creates hated and animosity between the two nations for the benefit of yuons. Abhisit policy of hated and racism against khmer people is an autosuicidal policy that will bring thai nation a certain autodestruction for yuons benefit

I like Sam Raisny and I support him. I don't like one thing he just did was he should have not inteferred between Thailand vs Cambodia. It is OK to go after ah Yuon, like a choy m'ray Yuon and ah Yuon spy Ly Ngoc Diep I cannot accept it.
I don't want to see a division among Khmers, and besides we cannot afford to have two enemies at the same time. I prefer Thai than ah choy m'ray Yuon.
