you are right to the point! i am a local who has the opportunity to come to US uneversities on scholarship...my obseravation was that most khmers in USA are pretty much still dump, few made it to the top in US society, largely from their family's good influence and value for education...most Khmers USA fare even behind Hmoung Laos.....we have notthing to be proud of, but to work hard together to build a better Cambodia for Cambodians from all walk of life.
