On 25 December 2009, the Yuon-serving court in Svay Rieng issued arrest warrants against 5 Cambodian villagers from Koh Kban Kandal village, Chantrea district, Svay Rieng province. The 5 villagers are accused of destroying wooden stakes marking a border post that is planted right on top of the rice fields they own. Following the order by Nguyen Tan Dung, the communist Yuon prime minister, Hun Xen's regime took action and ordered all the people involved prosecuted. In addition to opposition leader Sam Rainsy, the five Cambodian villagers who were ordered arrested by Hanoi's subservient court are:
- Mr. Prak Chea, 29-year-old
- Mrs. Neang Phally, 39-year-old
- Mrs. Prak Koeun, 38-year-old
- Mrs. Meas Srey, 39-year-old widow
- Mr. Prum Chea, 41-year-old

The government actions is getting way out of controle. All Khmer population must stand up now before they get to yours and your family property. It's not the question of if but when. And thats will be very soon after they confiscated all others land. That's including CPP supporters. CPP supporters: you must turn your head back and bite your master. Your master is killing our people and destroying our nation.
CPP SUPORTERS SHOULD NOT BE ALL BLIND. YOU NEED TO CARE UNLIKE YOUR MASTER HUN XEN. DO NOT DO WHATEVER YOUR GRANDMASTER YOUN COMMAND. EVERYTHING THEY NEED YOU TO DO IS ONLY GOOD FOR THEM NOT GOOD FOR OUR PEOPLE AND NATION.
CPP supporters! Wake up before it's too late. Soon will be no more Cambodia left to defend...
