Cambodian government holds first video conference

PHNOM PENH, Jan. 8 (Xinhua) -- Cambodian government held a video conference on Friday for the first time since it took office in 1993.

The weekly Cabinet meeting presided over by Prime Minister Hun Sen involved as many as 350 officials from Phnom Penh and all provinces across the country, said Phay Siphan, spokesman of the Council of Ministers.

He said several governors were able to communicate with Hun Sen during the morning session.

He added that the new technology helped government save a lot in terms of timing and budget spending.

They will leave this conference call on forever, because they don't know how to turn it off.
This is the only progress that this gov't done thus far.

Usually I don't have problem with CPP per say since its leadership is no more than 3 persons of Khmer Communist leaning on Viet Minh dictation.

Real problem that embarasses Cambodia is the THUG who acts ME and I own Cambodia even Samrin and Sim are at my disposal at anytime.

This dangerous THUG would not stop to think before eliminating his own people like Lundi,Chan Sy,Pen Sovann and worst his lover for the sake of his hypocrisy and name alone.
Real person, with human mentality and heart, does not do that.

Members of CPP are profiteers in all colors and mentality. They don't care if THUG dropped dead now as long as their benefits as member remains in tact.
