Nowadays, nobody can deny the fact that Cambodia’s “2nd Kingdom” lost an important part of her territorial integrity – both on land and at seas – when compared to her territorial integrity from the period of 1963 to 1969 (1963 was the year of the return of Preah Vihear back to Cambodia).
Nowadays, one knows very well that a large chunk of our lands and seas dating from the 1963-1969 period is without a doubt integrated into the framework of the so-called “sovereignty” of our 3 neighbors (Thailand, Vietnam and Laos), each of which grabbing a piece of the Cambodian “cake.”
For example, we find a non negligible number of our People’s villages that were well within the SRN [Sangkum Reastr Niyum] Cambodia and that are now – Alas! Alas! Alas! – well inside the Socialist Republic of Vietnam (SRV or South Vietnam) and … they are well defended by the (invincible) army of our “Viet brothers.”
Very recently, Maitre [French Lawyer] Michel Buisson and his friends noticed that these “Viet brothers” became the owner of Khmer villages which, because of their extreme poverty, our Compatriots from the Small People [ordinary citizen] had to lease or, in some even worst cases, had to sell to the “Viet brothers” whom Maitre Buisson saw them with his own eyes pushing the “new borders” of “their South Vietnam” well inside [the borders] of Cambodia’s “2nd Kingdom”.
And it is true that Nguyen Van Thieu’s [the former president of South Vietnam] Army then-occupying our Neak Loeung had purely and simply renamed it: “Saigon Moi” (New Saigon).
On the other hand, Thailand created new borders (to its benefit) by building rectilinear highways cutting off a good chunk of our legal territory in some provinces of Cambodia’s “2nd Kindom”. The lands that are located the closest to Thailand along each of the highways cited above now “belong” to the Thai Kingdom.
1- The SRV, the Kingdom of Thailand and the People’s Republic of Laos do absolutely not recognize the legitimacy and the legality of Cambodia’s borders dating from 1963-1969 (and, this in spite of the fact that, during the Summit Conference of the Indochinese People held in Canton, the delegations of the PRG [Provisional Revolutionary Government of the Republic of South Vietnam, i.e. the Vietcong government] (led by President Nguyen Huu Tho) and the DRVN [Democratic Republic of Viet Nam] (led by Prime Minister Pham Van Dong) and the NLHS [Nev Lao Hak Sat] of Laos (led by Prince Souphanouvong) formally and solemnly recognized in front of Prime Minister Chou En Lai (from the PRC) and me (the legal Head of State of Cambodia) the 1963-1969 drawn borders of Cambodia, and they promised, not less solemnly, in the name of their respective countries, nations and people, to respect forever, i.e. eternally, the drawing of our borders.
2- Our Cambodia “2nd Kingdom” (represented by H.E. Var Kim Hong’s team) accepts on its own to commit suicide by recognizing, even in the eyes of International Law, that Cambodia has no precise borders.
By officially accepting to re-negotiate our border issues, our “neo-Angkorian” Cambodia admits on her own that she does not know where our land and maritime borders are.
In this regard, the use of the word “suicide” is not exaggerated at all. Because a Country that recognizes that she has no precise and legal border, is a dead Country.

It is true, that under Lon Nol’s reign (the Khmer Republic), the Vietnamese from “South Vietnam” ([the former Cambodian territory of] Kampuchea Krom) sent letters to the Viets in Svay Rieng with the unambiguous labeling on the envelopes of their letters: “Svay Rieng, Vietnam” –sic! –o o

Very well said King Father! I respect the true honesty from our King that have fought so hard for our Srok Khmer but yet Hun Sen's clan keeps giving our land away. Can somebody murder Hun Sen anytime soon?

it's not necessarily a dead country, it's an ineffective one as well. in other words, it's not a sovereigned nation.
Surprise Surprise, when Xam Rainxy is in trouble and no where to go, he uses former King Sihanouk to protect him. But when he's alright, he and his stupid supporters have insulted former King Sihanouk very badly.
No matter what Xam Rainxy tries or uses King Sihanouk to save his face but at the end of the day, his political career is in the hand of PM Hun Sen. If on 27 January 2010, the Court in Svay Rieng province found his guilty, like it or not, he has to bow his head to the ground and beg to PM Hun Sen to pardon him. Despite, Xam Rainxy said he won't write a letter apology to PM Hun Sen, but deep inside of his heart, he is aware that only PM Hun Sen can save his political career.

Pls don't blame others while not looking at your own faults. Let me ask a question, who, in the 60s, allowed North Vietnamese Arm Forces (NVA) to use Cambodia's northeastern territory as passer roads, part of Ho Chi Minh trail. Who also allowed large shipments of weapons from China and Soviet to dock at Sihanoukville port and then transported to Cambodia's North and Eastern border to supply the NVA and VC (Viet-Cong). Pls don't pretend that people, including younger generation like me, didn't know what happen back then.
By saying this, I didn't mean to support the current govt in their border demarcation process with VN, but before criticizing other you should also look at yourself. Look at how much you've helped Khmer people and how you've helped to destroy Khmer people.
Who in 1954 that accept official border line set out by the French that ceded Khmer Krom to VN?

That's absolutely right! Sam Rainsy should be smart enough NOT to give up himself walking to the crocodile's mouth. There are millions of people that need him to protect the border. If he is gone, NO one brave enough to dare defend our country.
You think Kem Sokha can do what Sam Rainsy did? No way! Who else can do? No one!
Sam Rainsy himself is the best weapon for Cambodia to protect Cambodians from Yuons's encroachment.
Hun Sen only barks to the north with Thailand to show all Khmers that he really defends Cambodia. But he opens gates in the south for Ah Chor Yuons flow in freely without stopping. In 20 to 30 yrs, Cambodia will have a new owner: Vietnam, but Cambodia only by name on world map.

I do not claim that I know everything. But what I said earlier is what I knew. Pls prove if what I said was wrong.
If King Father maintained his neutrality in the 60s, will Cambodia had the 1970 coup? will Cambodia had the Khmer Rouge regime? will Cambodia had a period of VN occupation and internal flighting from 1979 to 1991? How can Switzerland survived intacted during the WW II by maintaining its neutrality and why we can't? Now these are the questions I'd like you to answer.

Switzerland is not Cambodia. Switzerland is in Europe and European nations don't have the aggressive or cruellest Yuon in Europe.
In Asia, we have the unhuman Yuon who're too aggressive since before Chinese took their independent in 939 AD. Yuon were marching toward south and took Champa and Kampuchea Krom. Now Yuon are again marching toward west to take Cambodia as we knew Yuon already took Laos. Yuon kidnapped too many Khmer kids while under French colony, and took them to be trained to fight Khmers.
No country near Yuon can be neutral, because Yuon're already inside that country. The country near Yuon have to be Yuon's enemy's friend or have to be flip-flopping to survive.
I don't know when our Khmer Krom have a chance to liberate. If Hun Sen continue to serve the YOUN.
Where can we find one patriotic leader for our poor Khmer Krom. We need a leader that care for every Khmer.

The disagreement here is on whose map are we fencing up with? The one Youn provided to us or the one that has already existed and clearly defined by our previous forefather in the regimes before?
We can not rush just have things done so they can be done. If you want things to last you have to do it right and do it legally. Otherwise the future generation will just continue to bicker and only more conflict and hate will be among Khmer and Viet nation.
If we use legal map that not imposed by anyone power by force, then we can all accept and move on.

I am not side with SR, but I disagree with you in regards of SR would insult the King. I rather admire SR for he has forgiven and forgotten what happened to his Dad. On the other hand, HR regime is/was the one insulted the King. Every time when the King is not on his side, Hun Sen will show his muscle to the King. This cannot be denied! Remember in the recent past, Hun Sen used his national TV to broadcast the oldie songs against the King. Worse than that, while I was in the country from 1979-1985, I remembered this Hun Sen group insulted the King (including Lok Ta Pen Nout, Lok Ta Seun San). There were many songs sung by Mr. Hong Sakhorn to criticize the King. At my time, the diploma was in grade 7 and Bac II was in grade 10. From grade 7 to grade 9, I had to study stories Thun Chey, Tom Tiev, Lbark Angkor.... the stories Thun Chey and Tom Tiev were altered to criticize the monarchy. Now I can see the same face in the NA on the TVK, these same faces admired the monarchy (just a fake admiration). This same group has to use the monarchy as its own benefit. In return, although the King knows that what the group is doing, but the King and his son have to do a favor to the group in return for their own benefits as well. We can also say that the King and his son, especially the whole royal families are selfish.
The defender of Cambodian territorial integrity is now Sam Rainsy. Ah uneducated Hun Sen is simply ah moke who is only good at killing only the Cambodians.
