no he is not thai. the story was on the DAP news some months ago. he is khmer who got engaged with a cambodian swiss but later disengaged.
He has some kind of mental problems. in the video, he was upset that the cops forced him to wear helmet. He cares more about his long hair than his life.

Hey, I really support the actions by our beloved cops.
They didn't use much force at all to subdue to this individual.
That was very noble of the policemen involved. Bravo!
Inocence is always the key until proven guilty.
Remember, cops have family waiting for them at home also. So, they are very responsible in dealing with this kind of matter.
However, cops in the western world are very aggressive. For example, a group of cops accidentally killed by one Polish man after he arrived at the Vancouver airport. The man did not speak English at all.
For some reason, the cops involved perceived he was a threatening man so they tasered him (electrical gun). Then the man died instantly after the electrical shock from the taser used.

There is this one incident when this one CPP dude was driving at top speed and hit a little child on the street and he didn't stop so HUN SEN cops started to chase after that dude. Guess what, the dude got out of his car and he said that he didn't care about any life of a little poor child. In addition, he said that he has connections to TOP CPP military officers. Then he started calling those people, and then he started to kicked and hit the faces of the HUN SEN cops for daring to stop him. HUN SEN cops, people, they are as useless as Hun Sen himself whose people under him actually rule Cambodia instead. Hahaha
These fucking Hun Sen cops like to kill only Khmers but not the foreigners.It's a shame.

This is the real and true about the Khmer Police. As we can see and can tell that they're never been in Police Academy. Academy teach you to assist each other. In this case the Police being punch and kick by this dude and the rest are walk away, and did not help the other cop being assault.

I might be wrong but this was I heard about the strategies on how to deal with Hun Sen cops:
(1) If you are stopped by any of them, you say that you have a connection to either Hun Sen, Heng Samrin, or Chea Sim. Tell the cops that you are THE MOST IMPORTANT ADVISOR in (just pick a field) for Hun Sen.
(2) Tell Hun Sen cops that if you are arrested then you will be released anyway because of the DIVINE intervention of either Hun Sen, Chea Sim, or Heng Samrin.
(3) Then act violent and aggressive by calling Hun Sen cops as "Ah this and that" (copying Hun Sen's rural language usage). After that spit on Hun Sen cops' faces and kick and punch them at the same time.
(4) Flash your wireless phone and pretend that you have either Hun Sen, Chea Sim or Heng Samrin on the phone and tell those Hun Sen cops that Hun Sen is sending his special military unit to rescue you and to fire any cops who dare disturb you.
That is what I heard, and I think it works because if you read dap-news and kohsanthepheap news, you will see that type of people who claim their CPP connection and cure and beat up the useless Hun Sen cops for being afraid to carry out their duty. Hahah.
Hun Sen's useless soldiers and cops are only good at killing innocent poor peole at the Vietnam-Cambodian border.
