From 27th January 2010 onward, Xam Rainxy is a convicted criminal. So, his self name party also becomes a Criminal Party.

Cambodia needs an absolute monarchy to keep the country and Khmers in one piece, but not an absolute dictator like Hun Sen.
There is no doubt in my mind if there is an internal lawsuit against Hanoi, there are a lot of Khmer overseas raising money to support the costs and lawyer fees for this litigation. I am one of those.
I will keep checking this site, and if there is a real case against the Youn Hanoi, majority of khmer overseas will be very happy.

The poem composer did not call for UNITY under his name, but Sam Raingsy, as his Political Pary is a legal one with over one million members. So Sam Raingsy has the rights to organise:
-either a Legal Team with International Lawyers through International Court,
-or Organise an Exiled Khmer Government.
It's up to him, and all Khmers overseas will give him a help, either financially or troops for his exiled government.

That's an excellent idea! During Pol Pot, the whole country was traped. Having zero freedom to do thing since day one that we left Phnom Pehn or any city in the Kingdom. Many Cambodian which had espcaped this brutality and deadly regime did not get the right information. Instead of doing something to free their fellow Cambodian inside they went back believing Ing Sary. What happen to those poeple? Gone and dead or finish are the word. Imagine, if those people had just went and protest at any embassy of any country that they were living in and demanding for the freedom of just telegram or letter to be able to communicate with their love one inside. Few may have lost their lives, but not 2 millions. You are right that only Khmers unite together can save their country, but you don't know among Khmers there are Vietnamese spies in it. If you can learn of A-Char-Mien (real name was Son NGoc Minh) who worked with Tu Samuth,... you will understand and will worry even more that Vietnamese spies can behave like Khmer compatriots, but actually they are not. They are here to divide Khmers. That is why many Khmers across the globe are silently watching Ly Ngoc Dinh now Ly Diep's division movements.
