In this picture remind of me something about our PM Hun Sen, he used to float with water buffalo in muddy water...
"used to" is just that, it's history, really, nowadays, khmer are more educated than during the dark ages, really! so there! by the way, we know about your attitude above by what you wrote! and that attitude is bygone and history. nowadays, khmer people are more and more educated than ever before. thank god that is now a minority thinking as cambodia is reformed and changed so much since. god bless cambodia.

Yes Hun Sen did flaoted with bulls and cows STOLEN from Khmer people at border, across the the frontier to sell them to Vietnam.
From his great grandfather to hin he bloged to thief family, said one of is far cousin to me.
i was going to say the same thing than u guys. the picture look similar to hunsen or maybe his abandon brother.
Please, don't compare the picture man with thieves.
This man brings his pets to another side of the river to feed.
Hun Sen and Heng Samrin did that to sell.
