Now I applauded Mr. Sacrava for this cartoon. It's very much reflected the reality, although some of the foreign aid also greatly benefited poor Khmer.

I have to think a bit just to get the meaning of Sacrava cartoon this time: I think Xmer is meant for the Vietnamese backed CPP people who love to leech off Cambodia natural resources and foreign monetary donation. Now I get it. F*ck Hun Sen and his CPP leeches.
Fugitive Mr. Sacrava, is always dreaming, He know nothing about how aids or fund that are flow into Cambodia are operating!!! If you are sure as your drawing please give clear justification or testimony that reveal all donation or aids are sucked by khmer leeches..!! please be realistic ..don't be too much dream..you should use O-Sa-vel/Soap or NaOH to wash your damaged brain..

The amount of aids Khmer's government receives so far if use properly without sucking out by leeches, will be enough for Khmer to build major roads and bridges 5 times more in the whole country.
How many more year do you think Khmer will catch up with Vietname or Thailand our neighbor countries?Why are so slow? isnt' because of too many leeches? Meas Sophia a son of corrupted general recently says ' Corruption in Cambodia are from the bottom to the top" - what does it meant to you? isn't too many leeches? Some khmers have trouble see through those thing that's why cartoon the form of visual art to help to explain it.

It is not so realistic and your explanation are not acceptable by both Khmer and donors. Before you give any real evidences or justification to us, you better come to ask donor or aid agencies..taking example like UNDP, JICA, WB, ADB..ect..about how those fund flow? if you do so, they will humbly tell you how the fund be flew and managed? How those fund reach to beneficiaries or local people? How much fund are reached to expatriate TA and How much for nation staff..?\
please do all you best to get such information so that you could give the reality and right justification..my dude!! You better not quote too much from SRP as parrot!! be yourself my dear!!

The only way to prove that CPP people, who are currently in power now, are corrupted or not is by comparing each individual of CPP people's asset against his/her salary. If he/she is making $300 a month and yet he/she owned a $1,000,000 house and many cars in he/her household one can assume that individual is corrupted.

Regardless of CPP officials getting rich or poor, for those officials being poor because he/she has Khmer heart that felt bad for the current situation. For those whose getting riches are robber and they are most likely Chinese/Khmer or Youn/Khmer (not Khmer Krom) or even disguised themselves with Khmer names. By their look, those officials in CPP administration are 95% YOUN or Chines/Youn that bare Khmer's names.
This happened during Lon Nol regime too, we can never get rid of these blood sucker until another KRs create again they will be regretted. And it is too late!
I wrote this because I saw and witness my own eyes in CPP clans.
And don't want to fall in another KR's style regime if Hun Sen doesn't fix the problem now.
