ah slab mok chikito, after all these fbi's reports, it going to be serious at human rigth commisioner regarding abusing of power from your evil boss the crooked eyes hunsen, and it going to be embarassing to him, and you'll be eliminated by your own boss, becuz you'r living among mafia's group and that's mafia's law.
i don't think the terms "stupid" is appropriate to label FBI because when they get hired, they were thoroughly tested to meet rigorous requirements in the USA, really. the more appropriate term should be lazy. maybe their boss needs to reprimand them for being too relaxed and off-guard.
Is this implied that Khmer police are smart and not stupid? Pol Pot mentality: each khmer soldier is assigned to kill forty Viet soldiers. But in real life the viets took over Phnom Penh in two weeks.

In a country a leader is blind surrounding by 5000 bodyguards, crime lab won't help them to understand either. Because the mafia usually killed the ones they sent to kill others. Brazil died because he was one of the evidence.
You'd be surprised, I met the biggest Meat Head FBI agent, when I was in Texas. He was full of himself, showing his badge and showing off. Similar to some Cops, I know.
I think almost cambodia police men are like this. they always look down and hit poor people.
Like police man locates Boueng Kok II post they never do thing for people but they always create for people. if someone give them money, they do. otherwise nothing.
Hun Sen ordered to stop gambling but my police play card with other gamebler. hun sen commended to stop all bet game, my police man protect those people for money.

Weel the cartoonist is well off his mark. Who shall bear the blame? FBI agency itself. Why? There is always rule, when the head of FBI said "drop it" the subordinate would drop it. There are always cover ups in US, don't you guys agree with that? Just look at the JFK story.
