Very well said!
With respect to you, Mr. Ly Diep. To me, your writings look professional, but one thing I don't agree with is the way you cut Khmer words that consist of two syllables, like: pon-man, kan-dabb, etc. I think a better way to make it look better is to take an appropriate space instead of cutting them wherever you want. Doing so makes you look less professional.
3:21AM those issues caused word break. It's hard to avoid with khmer font when text format as force justified and into pdf file. I'm sure it was spelled correctly but when formatting into pdf it got wrapped.

Dont' forget to write an acticle about how khmer should unite to prepare for 2013.
Never cut Khmer words like that. Perhaps there are no rules in Khmer dictionaries telling about wrds cutting, but one can avoid it by take appropriate spaces. If a word spelled like "tor-va, cham-kuot, one can cut them like that.
. . .or can read Khmer Post News than you can see how they cut their words.

As I was young till 1993, I was always respected King Sihanouk over the Cambodian policy but during my study's period my teacher at the university told us "Most educated people hated Sihanouk because of his pragmatic Policy, he was a star for our poor people but has never finished his film what he played for, for instance: Pol Pot regime and at the present".
WHY?
After I have read and analysed alot of history books and leaning by seeing from Sihanouk Govt (by 1970), Gen. Lon Nol (1970-75), Pol Pot regime (1975-79), Hun Sen (1981-93) and Kingdom of Cambodia (1993- now, under Hun Sen), I make remarks in the following:
1- independent from from 1954, that I have respected but not only Cambodia, the France did like this
2- till 1970
a) Cambodia was a neutrality but Sihanouk allowed Vietcong used Khmer soil fighted against USA and south Vietnam; That is lie policy, selfish policy and pushed Cambodia for destroying.
b) As King hated USA but to be friend with Vietcong and Communist which country in the Globe do like this?
c) he always trusted foreigners Viet than own people
d) he has never accpeted what he acted wrong doing for our Khmer land .... (As king he can do what he wanted)
3) 1970- 1975:
a) after Vietcong and noth Viet army did not moved aways from Khmer border along with south Vietnam and full Viet in Cambodia, he commanded Gen. Lon Not to push them but he runned to France because of illness, later to China and Russsia.
b) After Lon Nol did and appealed him to return back to power as King, first he accepted but on the day of departure he rejected. In the fact, if he return on time, he will the powerfull king of Cambodia and he can destroyed connection with communist Viet and he can save Khmer interest for ever and the communist will be die in Cambodia from this day.
c) after rejected to return back to Cambodia, he belled from China against Lon Nol, this point we can know that create the Khmer rouges? ......
4) 1975- 79:
a) Pol Pot knew, he is a danger man for real Khmer, so he must put him in prison in his palace like emporer PU JY in China revolution. This point, if he is clever he must the result from communism (capitalism != communism)......
b) after escaping from Pot Pot he seeked asylum in USA, France(both countries have rejected for him) and then go to China nad Noth Korea again.

I personally don't think that the Khmer people can stand up against Youn (Vietnam) again, my long term prediction is that: 'Khmer must lose their country 100% like CHAMPA and KHMER KROM' max. 30 years from now.
If we turn back to view the political development after 1954 (after France withdraw from Indochina). Khmer leader under king Sihanouk has trouble to lead Cambodia for the right way with peace and freedom. The Freedom and peace between 1954 and 1970 was the fassade but the reality was differently.
The main actor of lose the Khmer land caused by his policy in the Vietnam war (he allowed the Vietcong and the Viet Army to use the Khmer territory as military basic for fighting against USA and South Vietnam) and by now he has never told the Khmer people about his grave mistake. Instead he always blamed only to:
1)a dead man Gen. Lon Nol (but he don't talk what Lon Nol must do when he (Sihanouk) went to France early 1970, after Lon Nol pushed the Viet people out and secret army in Phnom Penh and every where in Cambodia and start to fight against North Viet army, Lon Non had please king Sihanouk return back home, but he support Vietcang, Khmer Rouge instead.
2)A dead man Pol Pot who caused the Killing fields but who stand behind Pol Pot and who had propagenda for Pol Pot, in order to get an absolute power from 1973 – 1979.
3)US bombardement along the Cambodia -Vietnam border (before US did that USA told him more times about the Vietcong and north Viet army along in Cambodia-Vietnam border deep in Cambodia territory with aerial photos as proofs, but he ignored those)
The other logical principle of the Kingdom, which monarchy country in this Globe support fully the communism in the cold war? ONLY Kingdom of Cambodia for the experience and as suicide policy , because the Communist Manifesto and Monarchy institution are fast 100% differiently.
From now the darkness for Khmer Land is comming and what is up nest => 0000000
