Thank you Mr. Ly Diep that you make Angkor Borei important to all Khmer compatriots but I'm sure that hun sen along with cpp leaders are not pleased with this article because you show the truth of devils. Mr.Sam Rainsy should teach vietnam territories encroachment in the United Nations because these hyena are very dangerous for Cambodian in hun sen's dark jungle.

Pen Sovan was a former Khmer Issarak member who had fought against French colonial rule and lived in exile in Viet Nam, becoming a major in the North Viet Army. From the Voice of the United National Front of Kampuchea in Hanoi, Pen Sovan supported the Khmer Rouge during the 1970-1975 civil war against the Khmer Republic. He worked along with Chan Si under Khieu Thirith during his exile.
Along with Heng Samrin, Pen Sovann, was one of the foremost founding members of the Kampuchean United Front for National Salvation(KUFNS or FUNSK), after becoming disillusioned with the Khmer Rouge.
Pen Sovan served as Secretary-General of the Kampuchean People's Revolutionary Party from 1979 to 1 December 1981, when he was replaced by Heng Samrin.
Following his removal from office Pen Sovan was arrested along with Ros Samay, his first cousin and friend, for irritating Le Duc Tho
(Pol Pot nemesis in 1975/76), chief Viet(យៀក) advisor to the Kampuchean United Front for National Salvation (FUNSK) and the People's Republic of Kampuchea (PRK).
These arrests displayed the early fissures(Pol Pot did it too in 1973)between Khmer nationalism and Hanoi's need for subservience from the people it had helped to power in the PRK.
After his long ordeal in prison, Pen Sovan explained: "When I wanted to create our own army of five regiments, the Vietnamese didn't agree and Le Duc Tho went to the USSR to complain.

The act of not supporting the Jan 7by all decent Khmers in the world has millions of times less magnitude than the CPP and Hun Sen's acts of allowing Yuons to invade and occupy Cambodia, Kkilling innocent Khmer and Khmer patriots, giving Khmer land, isles, natural resources to Yuons, depriving Khmers of their land, etc. All CPP and Hun Sen's acts are called the evil acts of the immoral evil men. Speaking in term of Bab and Bon these evil acts will yield their painful consequences to punish these evil doers and send them to hell for millions of years. They will swim in the sea of tear of those whom these evils hurt and harm.

Yuon were best spies; they're good to make themselves to fit in Khmer community. First they became ah Cha (Preacher), then they do everythings for Khmers to trust them. If any Khmer speak up against Yuon spies, that Khmer will be beheaded by his own people.
