Away from Hun Sen's family lives a very simple and ordinary Cambodian man and his horse. Awesome picture.

Just hope the ox-cart man doesn't get run over by a hummer/LandCruiser driven by Hun Sen's nephew or his entourage.

Yeah, condoms and praticing safe sex were introduce at one point but religious play a major role. Also, it didn't help either to have a brothel house on every block.

This is almost exactly the same as Theary Seng's observation. Cambodian out side of Phnom Pehn live a life of 1008 years ago.

Near Phnom Penh and in Phnom Penh are different, stupid!

There is no equal or good quality life all over in Cambodia. Step in in Phnom Pehn, you see 2010 alright. Steping out side, that is what you see and it's in same country. The government only care for people inside the city. It's too much for them to care for the poor that are out side. It's a two seperate divisions country.
