I agreed that was what Khmer commander said, but if you watch the last part of this video when the camera was filming from the Thai soldiers' back, it showed Khmer soldiers aiming their weapons at the leaving Thai soldiers. I think our soldiers were still there. The reason why Thai soldiers agreed to leave because they did not station at that area before, therefore, it's logic to return to where they came from. Neither sides have anything to lost here. Thai don't encroach our land and our soldiers protect our territory.

If you properly follow the situation and inspect all units of Thai border guards, you would know they use a mixture of East and West weapons. Only majority of those Para (Suranaree) soldiers used Western weapons, such as those present in Bangkok to scare off their own citizens.

I think Khmer soldiers did a good job by expelling Thai soldiers from Prasat Ta Moen. Just last week Thai governmant spokeman from the foreign ministry said that Prasad Ta Meon belongs to Thailand because Thailand has taken care of it for some times.
The recent expulsion of foreign invaders has demonstrated our military cohesive leadership.

I just finished watching the video. That one Khmer soldier was talking "Khmer" to the Thai soldiers? How could they understand us? In addition, no one is evicting anyone. The one-Khmer soldier was only REQUESTING and SUGGESTING both the Thai troopers and the Khmer troopers should ALl be withdraw from the AREA. So if the Thais retreat, the Khmer need to also retreat. So how can this be an eviction, if the Khmer troopers did not get to stay guard the area anyway. Just my reality. If am off the mark, let me know.
