To Mr. Thomas Keating the Vietnamese never care about the Khmer suffering and dying. The Vietnamese used all means to manipulated and make Khmer people to like them in Buddhism because that was Khmer religion but the Vietnamese religion was Christianity.
The Vietnamese did this in peaceful ways to take over Cambodia and the Vietnamese living Cambodia in peace. But Khmer people are very suffering and dying due to forced evictions, land-grabs, starvation, homelessness, and etc. under the Vietnamese backed Hun Sen Government.
Khmer people never liked war but the war come to us in very horrible ways that out of controlled. Khmer Rouge was Viet-Cong puppet with 50,000 Viet-Cong troops mixed with Khmer children. This is why Hun Sen protected Khmer Rouge leaders.

I second your opinion regarding setting up
some kind of central committee to oversee
who should or should not be allowed to
enter the US. At least to give a recomendation
and pointing out the high profiling monks
who known to be an aparatus to the existing
government or known to abuse human rights
to the US embassy in Phnom Penh. We all
need to stand up and fight the injustice in
every ways or forms and everywhere because
inactive in itself is an indirect support of the
injustice.
