A delegation from the High Command of the Cambodian Royal Army Guards, led by its deputy chief General Dieng Sarun, on February paid a Tet visit to Vietnam’s Soc Trang province.
At a meeting with Soc Trang’s provincial Party Committee, People’s Committee and People’s Council, General Dieng Sarun, expressed his delight at the improvement in the local people’s living conditions.
The General, who is also Prime Minister Hun Sen’s adviser, thanked the Vietnam People’s Army and Soc Trang province for helping Cambodia defeat the Khmer Rouge Regime. On the occasion of the Lunar New Year, he offered his best wishes to the Soc Trang authorities and people.
The secretary of the Soc Trang provincial Party Committee, Vo Minh Chien, expressed his hope that the solidarity and friendship between the two countries would further develop, and conveyed Tet wishes to the General and the other delegates.
During the meeting, the two sides shared their experiences in promoting information and education and maintaining public order in ethnic adjacent areas.

Everyone of AH HUN SEN slave including AH Dieng Sarun always thank the Vietcong government for some shit happen 30 years ago! Why?

What about the Vietcong government oppressed million and million of Khmer Krom people and violating Cambodian sovereignty and does AH Dieng Sarun thank the Vietcong government too? Yes!
The Vietcong government continue to abuse Khmer people and violating Cambodian sovereignty and yet these Vietcong slaves continue to thank the Vietcong government!! Khmers do not forget Khmers. And politics is politics.
The Vietnamese always reiterates this lie: "... thanked the Vietnam People’s Army and Soc Trang province for helping Cambodia defeat the Khmer Rouge Regime."
We Khmers must note and keep in mind that it was NOT the Vietnamese genuine intention to sacrifice their lives to defeat KR in order to save Khmers.
It was a pure coincident that the Khmers were released from hell created by KR. The vietnamese DID NOT have any knowledge of what was really going on in Cambodia during the KR's reign.
It was a true invasion of the Vietnamese to capture and occupy Cambodia to expand its territory which has been its main dream for many centuries.
If the Vietnamese was really that sacrificial to the Khmers the Heaven above would have shaken tremendouly with great joy. But was that lie believable? Not in a million years.
Lets just look at the existing and current evidence:
Khmer Krom and Champa is now under the flags of the Vietnamese. So stop that big lie that you Vietnamese was in such a big heart of brotherhood that you came swiftly to rescue your little brother the Khmer. No one in the right mind would believe such a colossal lie of yours, the Vietnamese.
You can prove your brotherly love for the Khmers by moving out and away from Kampuchea Krom and all Khmers would believe you.
Meanwhile, stop reiterating and boasting about your humongous lie. You oughta be ashamed of your wicked tongue and mind. NO THANKS.
