I totally agreed with you. US should ask Cambodia for forgiveness and compensate us, not asking us to repay the war-funded debt.
The US is always good in blah blah blah on human rights and democracy. But when it comes the treatment they had on others, they never consider democracy and human rights. Look at what happened in Iraq, Afghanistan, Pakistan, and in Vietnam (My Lai massacre).
