Thailand's government is promising to deal with record-low water levels in the Mekong, a river which supports the livelihoods of about 60 million people in Southeast Asia.
Many along the river blame the problem on China, which has planned eight hydroelectric dams on the upper Mekong, four of which have already been built.

Cambodia did not blame China for any of the problem and in fact it is a global problem called global warming!
Cambodia is in cooperation with China in the planning for more damns along the Mekong to generate electricity!

Just incase you don't know what a Chemtrail is: A Chemtrail is what supposedly an exhuast that comes out of jet engines, you know that white smoke. But its not, closer examination shows the trails are coming out from different ports and not from the engines. Normal contrails does not linger for 8 hrs after the jet pass over head - in a normal contrail it dissipates in 15 minutes or less.
You can also do a search on U-tube: Chemtrails, and find enough evidence to be convince that our government is poisoning us from every direction. This not just a United States problem, its every where. I heard that the Indian government forced down these spray planes in their territory.
