Thai king leaves hospital for 4 hours

BANGKOK — Thailand's King Bhumibol Adulyadej briefly left the hospital where he has been treated for the past five months to make a late-night visit to his palace, an official said Sunday.

It was the first time the 82-year-old monarch has left Siriraj Hospital since he was hospitalized Sept. 19 with fatigue and loss of appetite.

Bhumibol left for Chitralada Palace at about 9 p.m. Saturday night on "personal" business and returned to the hospital at 1 a.m. Sunday, a palace official said.

The official, speaking on condition of anonymity because she was not authorized to release information, did not explain the nature of the personal business.

She said there would be no official announcement because the visit was regarded as part of the king's personal affairs. Hospital officials said they could not comment.

The king's health is a matter of immense public concern, both because he is widely admired and because he is regarded as a unifying figure in times of political crisis.
The palace has said he is recovering from a lung inflammation.

He has made a handful of public appearances at the hospital, but this is the first time he has left its premises.

I do not believe he left his premises. I am sure he stayed all time in hospital.

I am sure soon we will hear bad news about his health.

Typical way to win time for the people around him to prepare for some action in the future.

Remember my words!

I am not going to say on behalf of Thai people about their King. But we can consider some facts out there.

- The king has been respected so much from his people, baybe because of his authority to heal the country's pain in the past as well as the development of the country. That is really good for thai people. Any foreigners can say whatever they want, but in the Thai or most of the Thai's eyes , he has been doing good job, I think.

- Yet he recently kept silient in the face of chaos in his nation. Why can't he do the same thing, just like what he did in the past to ease the country's tension? I don't know why? Maybe something has just gone wrong with hom, I don't know. Probably the Thai know the answers to this question better than any others, I guess.

Here we are: Can Cambodian high-ranking officials in gov't and people in general, and the Khmer royal family in particular, extract any good lessons learned from this neibghboring country- being respected with possibly rightous act for the good sake of the country, and avoid wrong leadership, which lead our country to hell?

I can say 100% on behalf of Thais that all Thais love H.M.the King so much because H.M. has been doing good things for Thais and the Nation for H.M.’s whole life. I do not want to compare how good H.M. is with another country’s King. H.M.the King is our “Beloved Father”. Although H.M.’s children wear yellow, red, or any color-shirt logo, as a fair father, H.M. can not act to take side to pro any color sides. Only thing H.M. can do is that teaching them through the speech to think of the Nation’s interest more than personal interest. If you still are human being, you should view our H.M.the King as the role model of goodness, which rarely find in the present world.

I am sure wherever the person 9.15 A.M. is derived from, that place may be full of the behavior he commented on the website. On the contrary, if there is any person saying these words to him, his relatives or his beloved persons, how does he feel?

If he wants to gain any respect from others, he should pay respect to them first either via verbal or non-verbal gestures, called as human-beings in the civilized country.

I can’t believe why ki-media let that person 9.15 AM expressing very impolite and disgusting words like this on the website. I do hope that next time, ki-media will censor this expression or not to post the article concerning the Royal Family of Thailand on the website for comments and I strongly expect that person will stop using these bad words to other people again; otherwise, I assume that ki-media and that person are conspiracy to undermine the Thai Monarchy, finally leading to close this website in Thailand!!

Dear the above Persons,

Last Chapter, please remember nobody is perfect and not everybody is defect. A person contains good or bad and will die in some day in the future even you or me. It’s a fact. I understand your life may suffer some bad experiences with Thais but not all Thais, right?

Whatever religion you uphold, you may not have enough time to follow and practice your religious teaching to help you release your depressive tension, which you have kept in your inner mind and probably in your subconscious.

May I share my view to you, it may change your attitude to be more optimistic person. Please listen, forgiveness may be now essential for your mind and soul and could help you relieve your tension from negative and bad obsession. Besides, it’ll be good, if you deviate from these obsessive-compulsive feelings by paying more attention to yourself-development by performing your own duty in more positive and creative way (not disgusting way like you said all the time on the website), it will help you focus to improve your ability to develop your country. It’s better than to criticize, condemn, or curse to others except yourself. Please calm down and be kind to other people, then you will be in peace…

Let me suggest you once again that negative obsession and the curse you expressed to other people on the website will not give any good things to you, in turn, it may present your own image to public. In the worse case, it may reflect what kind of place you’re born. Shame on your native country!!

Last but not least, not only do your pessimistic-obsessive thoughts to other people affect your image and your country, they’re also prevent your mind, brain and potential from making some positive and creative changes to your own country now and forever. If you want you and your country to be more civilized, why don’t you change your behaviors now? It’ll be a great beneficial to the world community, I really bet!!!
