In most countries, Google is the largest search engine by far. In fact, many web designers say that Google is all that counts…according to current figures, it accounted for more than 85% of search engine visits to this network.
While this position of power is great for the G boys, it also means that they are the prime target for censorship requests. Google has now created a map which shows where most requests come from, here's the map for Big Brother Hun Xen's Cambodia:

i'm not to sure I understand this post. Can you elaborate? These are ban censorship from the government? Is this showing how many times each government asked google to sensor its search results in that country?
It only means that Canada requested more removal requests than Cambodia. This means Hun Sen didn't ask a lot of removal requests compared to Canada
Look at http://www.google.com/governmentrequests/
USA govt made 123 removal requests compared to less than 10(it can be 1 to 10) by Cambodia.
That proves Hun Sen is not trying to censor anything.
Heng Soy, FYI : http://www.google.com/governmentrequests/faq.html
For content removals requested by government agencies, we haven’t released specific numbers for those countries in which we received fewer than 10 requests. Many of those one-off requests may coincide with our own content policies, so when the numbers get small enough, they don’t necessarily reflect anything about the level of censorship in that country.
KI-Media - you are all idiots. This headline once again proves it.
it looks like google did it to everybody. they should get the right map data from gov't of every country so they don't distort maps. i think the company where google got their maps from is so ignorant of every nation's official map etc...
The only thing this proves is that Cambodia has less censorship than Canada --i.e., in the specific form of requests sent to Google.
Yeah, the editors at K.I. Media may be idiots... but we all read this stuff anyway, right? If you want a better editorial policy, do it yourself.

If they only let you!!!
Google Map is American stealing Cambodia Preah Vihear Temple and giving to the Thai-American King in Thailand. American named Gulf of Thailand instead of Gulf of Indochina in honor to the Thai-American King in Thailand.
