Dear Ven. you have brought excellent points to contest Khmer's constitution. I don't think we have enough true khmer scholars to interpret it but only monkeys who are waiting to serve their master only. I have never seen any decision made by constitutional members were benefit khmer at all. Looks at recent decision about Border demarcation brought by MP members.

No one is perfect, alone you could commit error, listen a little bit to your disciples and you may make less error!

Only overseas Cambodian religious leaders will to speak up for truth and justice while those back home keep their mouths shut.
Buddhism on Khmer soil is supposed to benefit the populace, but nowadays it simply serves the ruling party's interest.
Weak and imcompetent religious leaders are sold cheap to CPP as political puppets. SIGH!

There are two types of Reigning King, Sdach Reaj Thor and Sdach Lakhaon. Sdach Reaj Thor has conscience to reign according to the constitution, while Sdach Lakhaon sit near the throne like a puppet.
